Now hiring Receiving Clerk Location: City Of Industry, CA Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour Schedule: Monday Friday | 9:00 AM 5:30 PM Experience Requirements Experience in shipping and receiving operations Warehouse experience preferred Food industry experience is a plus Knowledge of purchase orders (POs) and bills of lading (BOLs) Experience with cycle counting and inventory control Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Duties Receive daily incoming shipments and verify accuracy against POs and BOLs Verify picked orders and loaded shipments for accuracy Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed Receive and process donated products delivered to the warehouse Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records Communicate discrepancies and inventory issues to management Utilize Excel and Word for documentation and reporting Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures Assist with general warehouse support activities as needed Perks of the Job Weekly pay that shows up on time.
