Now Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist

$20-$23/hr (DOE) | Full-Time

Napa Post Acute is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! This role is the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors , helping create a warm and welcoming environment while supporting the daily operations of the facility.

In addition to front desk responsibilities, this position will also assist with ordering and organizing nursing supplies , helping ensure our clinical team has what they need to provide excellent care.

What You'll Do

• Greet residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Take accurate messages and assist with general inquiries
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front lobby area
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and organizing nursing supplies
• Support administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
• Help coordinate communication between departments

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, phone systems)
• Healthcare, receptionist, or administrative experience is a plus
