Position Summary

GEICO is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for Marketing talent. This role will partner closely with business leaders, HR, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to attract, assess, and hire high-performing professionals across a broad range of marketing disciplines. The ideal candidate combines strong recruitment expertise with business acumen, market intelligence, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Marketing positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives, workforce needs, and role requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active talent.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines across various marketing functions.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners throughout the hiring process.
• Provide consultative guidance on talent availability, market trends, competitive intelligence, and hiring strategies.
• Facilitate hiring discussions and influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
• Manage expectations and ensure a proactive, transparent recruiting experience.

Candidate Experience

• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
• Assess candidates against role-specific competencies, technical capabilities, and cultural alignment.
• Promote GEICO's employer brand and employee value proposition throughout the recruitment process.

Talent Market Intelligence

• Monitor labor market trends, competitor hiring activity, and emerging talent pools within the marketing industry.
• Advise leaders on compensation trends, talent availability, and strategic recruiting approaches.
• Support workforce planning efforts through talent market insights and pipeline forecasting.

Recruiting Operations

• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within applicant tracking systems.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting processes.
• Track and manage recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting corporate or professional roles.
• Experience recruiting for Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Creative, Communications, or related functions.
• Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and relationship management capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Marketing organizations in a large corporate environment.
• Knowledge of marketing talent landscapes and competitive hiring practices.
• Experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort using recruiting metrics to drive decisions.
• Experience supporting organizational growth, transformation, or high-volume hiring initiatives.

Annual Salary

$82,000.00 - $129,150.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
