Job Overview The Epic Willow Analyst I is responsible for basic system configuration, maintenance, and support for Willow Ambulatory applications under direct supervision. The Analyst I focuses on foundational tasks such as system build, end-user support, and routine troubleshooting. Minimum Requirements * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a position that had the same or similar primary duties in a healthcare setting, such as analysis, build, and testing. * Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or related field preferred * Epic Willow Ambulatory certification or willingness to obtain within six months. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare IT or pharmacy operations Compensation $82,334.72 - $102,918.40 annually Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
