We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist who shares our commitment to patient comfort, education, and personalized care. Perform assessments and document patient care accurately. Perform clinical procedures, including digital x-rays, oral cancer screenings, wellness scans, oral prophylaxis, gingival scaling, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, hygiene laser procedures, sealants and fluoride. Educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene, as well as instructions and demonstrations of effective oral hygiene methods. Educate patients on oral-systemic health connection, prevention, and lifestyle habits. Collaborate closely with dentist and team members to deliver exceptional patient experiences. Help maintain a welcoming, calming atmosphere for patients. Qualifications Current Arizona Dental Hygienist license Local anesthesia license Current CPR certification and hepatitis B immunization 1+ years of prior hands‑on Hygienist experience is highly preferred Knowledge of Dentrix software Experience with or willingness to learn laser-assisted hygiene procedures Experience with or willingness to learn digital scanning / intraoral scanning technology Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Excellent clinical and communication skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team Schedule Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Compensation $48–$51/hour, based on experience. Monthly production based bonus and incentives.
