Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics effectively. Assist in troubleshooting and repairing metal products as needed. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in sheet metal work is a plus. Proven experience as a sheet metal worker or in a similar role. Familiarity with metal fabrication techniques and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
