• Adaptability to shift between 1:1 student support and broader classroom collaboration
• Ability to provide three completed professional references, including your most recent manager, prior to interviewing

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with teachers to implement individualized student plans and classroom activities
• Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social growth throughout the school day
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organization
