Capital Markets & Securities Associate – Denver, CO A leading national law firm is seeking a mid‑level Capital Markets & Securities Associate (3–5 years PQE) to join its busy Denver office. The team advises regional and national clients on public and private securities offerings, corporate governance, and compliance matters. This is a great opportunity to work on complex SEC filings and governance projects with strong mentorship and significant deal exposure. About the Team Work closely with experienced partners and a collaborative group advising clients across industries.
