Facilities Laborer

Manufacturing opportunity in Clinton. All positions are entry level. No experience required – training provided. Schedule Day shift: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Night shift: 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Paid meal/rest breaks included for all positions. Benefits On-the-job training Rotating shifts – work only 15 days per month 8 hours of overtime every other week (needs to be used) Paid weekly with direct deposit available Health insurance available immediately upon hire Opportunity for advancement Product discounts Full 30‑day new hire onboarding program that invests in your success Responsibilities Follow product setup & packaging instructions Pack and package product according to provided instructions Inspect overall quality of products New pay rates in 2026.
