Quality Tech - 1st ShiftEaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Quality Tech - 1st Shift at our site on Klockner Dr in Richmond, VA. The pay rate for this position is $22.71 per hour. In this function you will:Perform part and product inspections, document the results, identify and quarantine Non-Conforming (NC) partsDetermine the Root Cause of Non-Conforming PartsVerify First Article Inspection (FAI) of all production linesPerform Control and Process audits as scheduledReport inspections and audits using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and WordCreate Quality Alerts and notify operators of quality issuesInvestigate Non-Conforming Product, use problem-solving techniques to resolve issuesContribute to pre-production quality planning, including developing Quality Assembly documents, attending product and process reviews and technical training of production personnelSupport Manufacturing Engineering in machine capability studies for new and existing machinesSupport Gage Calibration SystemComply with and ensure department compliance with Company health, safety and environmental policies
