Weld Technician Landisville, PA Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $30.00 - 30.00 What You'll Do The Weld Inspector is responsible for executing and supporting all aspects of the organization's welding quality assurance processes. This role audits, inspects, and evaluates weld quality to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. The Weld Inspector serves as a critical liaison between manufacturing and quality teams, supporting Utilimaster's quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives. Welding Quality & Compliance Data, Analysis & Continuous Improvement Containment & Corrective Actions Cross-Functional & Additional Quality Support What You Need To Be Successful Education High School Diploma or GED required Associate or Technical Degree preferred Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience performing weld inspections in a manufacturing environment Experience inspecting manual and robotic MIG welds, including aluminum and stainless steel Industry-recognized welding certification preferred Skills & Competencies Proficient in blueprint reading and use of inspection and measurement tools Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision Proficient in Microsoft Office; Minitab experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated and team-oriented Why Aebi Schmidt Group?
