This role coordinates, monitors, and performs work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control Manage the customer and client experience, tracking overall satisfaction with online reviews Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities Document detailed and accurate job files to support services provided Manage labor and consumable usage on assigned projects Communicate with the restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues Provide the initial scope for each project Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety Protect and use equipment and materials properly Coach and train restoration technicians Position Requirements Valid driver’s license High school diploma or GED (preferred) At least 2 years of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction At least 1 year of experience managing technicians IICRC certification is a plus Must be part of the on‑call rotation Must be able to travel to storms for up to two (2) weeks at a time Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and operate in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, or carry objects Ability to work with and around cleaning agents Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law Compensation: $45,000.00 per year We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
