Medical Assistant

We are a family practice looking to add another MA to our team! We are seeking a professional, team-oriented individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment; and is dedicated to compassionate, high-quality patient care. Our hours are Monday through Thursday 7am-5pm with a one-hour lunch and Fridays 7-12:00! Perks & Benefits: Medical, Vision and Dental insurance on your first day! RESPONSIBILITIES: Collect patient’s vitals Document all communications in clear and concise manner, and in compliance with professional standards Urine collection, analysis Administer medication and vaccine injections Maintain supplies and equipment Perform cleaning and stocking of clinical supplies in lab and exam room Answer and triage incoming phone calls; communicate physician recommendations and/or treatment plan via phone; call in prescriptions Assist other team members with patient care QUALIFICATIONS: Prior medical office experience preferred Excellent patient service skills and phone etiquette Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work successfully as a team member and autonomously Attention to detail Being a team player #J-18808-Ljbffr
