Office and Administrative Coordinator

The base village will include the development of multiple ski lifts, ski-in/ski-out estate lots, distinguished townhomes and chalets, and the adjoining ski lands will have an array of new ski lift and gondolas. This luxury resort village with over 20,000 square-feet of commercial space will set the new standard for excellence among the world’s alpine resorts.Summary of Responsibilities:Oversees and manages several offices, provides administrative support, schedules and enacts meetings and tours, administratively assists various VPs, schedules and organizes internal and external events, etc.Essential Functions:Perform administrative and office support activitiesOversees office management and IT coordinationEnsures facilities and systems are properly workingManages inventory and the replenishment of office and kitchen suppliesEnsure office equipment is fully equipped to include paper and toner is sufficiently stockedEnsures offices are cleaned and HR notices postedOversee and manage security contractor and staff parkingSchedules various department and staff meetings, as well as manages conference roomsCreates staff memos and circulates HR noticesResponds to general development questions and requests for informationArranges, inputs, and manages Utah’s internal properties’ lodging for staff and vendorsOrganizes staff functionsCompiles credit cards reconciliationsAids with staff travels; e.g., bookings, expenses, etc.Picks up mail from post office, and creates labels and ships FedEx and USPS packagesTours EB5 prospectsAssist with administrative task, reports, and special projectsPerforms any additional duties assigned by managerEducation/Experience Preferences:High school diploma required; Associates degree preferredMinimum of 2-5 years’ experience in comparable positionProficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and proceduresBasic knowledge on how to operate standard office equipment as copier, stamp machine, etc.Compensation & Benefits:Extell offers opportunities for professional growth and advancement; and competitive pay and benefits to include:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceCompany paid Life and AD&D InsuranceCompany paid Short- and Long-Term Disability401(k)Paid Time OffPaid HolidaysEmployee Assistance ProgramEqual Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr EXTELL FINANCIAL SERVICES INC
