Converge Enterprise is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to handle day-to-day support for Managed Services Clients. The role requires leveraging customer service skills, ITIL practices, and EHR software knowledge in a fast-paced environment. 1st shift hours are Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm CST.
