Role Description We are looking for licensed agents that will source and nurture leads, conduct client consultations, show properties, and guide clients through offers, negotiations, and closings. Daily responsibilities include preparing property listings, conducting market analyses, coordinating showings, and maintaining accurate transaction documentation in a professional manner. The role involves delivering high-level customer service, attending team meetings and staying current on local market trends, industry practices, and brokerage standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and foundational knowledge of Real Estate practices. Candidates should possess skills related to Sales and Real Property transactions. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and a client-focused mindset. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Candidates should possess basic proficiency with real estate technology tools (CRM systems, MLS platforms, digital signatures) and general computer skills. Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines. Previous experience in residential real estate, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training is essential.
