Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Forklift Operator in Braselton, GA . In this role, you will be responsible for Assuring that the product is placed throughout the racking system and updating the system with product location. In a Forklift Operator job, youll be responsible for:

• Operating both sit-down and reach-lift forklifts to move materials safely through tight rack spaces and production areas.
• Staging, loading, and unloading of HVAC blade products and components.
• Assuring that the product is placed throughout the racking system and updating the system with product location.
• Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests and internal orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Managing inventory flow by organizing stock, performing cycle counts, and identifying discrepancies in the system.
• Collaborating with production teams to ensure the manufacturing line has the necessary components without delay.
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.

What youll need:

• Proven experience operating both Sit-Down Forklifts and Reach Lifts in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
• Strong spatial awareness and the ability to maneuver heavy equipment in a busy production environment.
• Technical literacy, including the ability to interpret shipping orders, pick lists, and inventory reports.
• Basic computer proficiency, with a preference for experience in Excel or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with other departments and warehouse leads.
• Physical stamina to remain active throughout the shift and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Preferred qualifications:
