Shopper Marketing Manager (Contract-to-Hire) We're partnering with an innovative consumer brand seeking a Shopper Marketing Manager to develop and execute omnichannel shopper marketing programs that connect brand strategy to retail execution. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand marketing, sales, and retail , and enjoys bringing shopper insights to life across both in-store and digital channels. What You'll Do Develop and execute shopper marketing programs for national and key retail accounts Partner with Sales, Brand Marketing, and customer marketing teams to create impactful retail campaigns Build omnichannel programs that drive awareness, conversion, and sales Develop shopper insights, retailer selling stories, and merchandising materials Measure program performance and optimize using sales and shopper data What We're Looking For 5+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in shopper or retail marketing CPG experience, preferably within food & beverage Experience supporting large retail accounts and omnichannel marketing initiatives Strong analytical, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills Experience with syndicated data (SPINS, Numerator) is a plus Details 40 hours/week Contract with strong potential to convert full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr ForceBrands
