Senior Film, Marketing Lead, Amazon MGM Studios Original Movies

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a seasoned Senior Lead, Film Marketing to lead and drive innovative, high-impact marketing campaigns for our streaming releases. This role requires a proven leader who can operate with autonomy, set strategic direction across multiple priority titles, and consistently deliver best-in-class, culturally attuned campaigns that maximize audience engagement and performance at high velocity and scale.Key job responsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Ownership• Drive the development of title level positioning and overarching campaign strategy for multiple releases per year. Drive long term, and big thinking to identify strategic roadmap for title specific campaigns.• Lead internal cross-functional meetings to develop the full go-to-market campaign across all channels to think big and develop exciting, unique marketing campaigns that break through culture and drive box office success. • Drive innovation and focus on audience engagement, campaign approaches and break-through ideas. Champion creative excellence and innovative problem-solving across the organization. • Provide strong, clear communication and organization across all internal and external stakeholders across fast moving initiatives. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
