CNC Machinist / EDM Machinist Training on Day Shift | Long-Term Overnight Role TOPS Staffing is partnering with a well‑established precision manufacturing company to hire a CNC Machinist or EDM Machinist to join their growing team. This role offers hands‑on training on the daylight shift before transitioning into a full‑time overnight position. It’s a great opportunity for machinists who want to strengthen their skills, learn new processes, and secure a steady overnight role with long‑term stability. Position Overview This position begins with a structured training period on the daylight shift lasting approximately 3–6 months. During training, you’ll work closely with experienced machinists to learn the company’s machines, processes, quality standards, and documentation requirements. Once training is complete, you’ll move into a permanent overnight shift role. The ideal candidate has experience with CNC machining or EDM operations and is comfortable working independently once trained.
