Summary:
This role supports the Dealer Service Tool Procurement and Product teams by maintaining parts and suppliers. Responsibilities include quoting, managing price changes, resolving invoice discrepancies, creating Excel reports, handling a high volume of emails, evaluating source changes, and performing root cause corrective actions for purchasing and supply chain issues.


Responsibilities

• Send requests for quotations
• Execute price changes
• Resolve invoice price discrepancies
• Answer a variety of email requests
• Generate ad-hoc reports
• Directly support a Category Buyer and work cross-functionally with the Dealer Service Tool Product Group, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Accounts Payable

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of purchasing experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Internships are accepted as job experience
• Relevant past job titles: Junior Buyer, Sourcing Analyst, Purchasing Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $28.00 - $30.00 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
