This is a unique, dual-function role where no two days look exactly the same - and that's what makes it exciting.What You'll DoYou'll be the heartbeat of our front office, the first face residents see when they walk through the door and a critical part of keeping our billing and leasing operations accurate and on track.Support our Residents: You'll greet and assist walk-ins, answer calls, send move-in access codes to new residents, and make sure every person who reaches out feels heard and supported. You'll help prepare move-in packets, track lease signings, confirm utilities are on, and make sure new residents have everything they need before they get their keys.Support our Billing Team: You'll sort and scan mail, enter daily bills, post credit card charges, reconcile purchases, and manually enter completed work orders into QuickBooks.
