Staff RN - Medical/Surgical/Trauma (Nights)

Overview We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care across diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. The role involves performing initial and ongoing health assessments, developing and documenting individualized care plans, implementing interventions, and evaluating patient responses to achieve optimal outcomes. The position supports process improvement initiatives to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization (HRO). Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing health assessments. Develop and document individualized care plans; implement interventions; and evaluate patient responses to outcomes. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure patient safety and quality. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency within an HRO framework. Uphold standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in patient care. Qualifications Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent. Current RN licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Ability to work predominantly night shifts, with a focus on surgical unit care. Experience or capability to care for patients with medical, surgical, trauma, and wound care needs, including complex cases such as brain injuries and fractures.
