Staff RN - Medical Surgical/Intermediate Oncology

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive care across diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the healthcare team to support patients and families throughout their health journey. Key Responsibilities Performing initial, ongoing, and functional health assessments. Documenting nursing diagnoses and developing care plans to meet patient needs. Implementing and evaluating nursing interventions, adjusting plans based on patient responses. Participating in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. Focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization. Qualifications Current RN licensure in accordance with the Ohio Board of Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Valid state driver’s license. No prior experience required. Additional Details Night shift, 36 hours weekly, primarily in an Oncology Unit. The role emphasizes continuous learning, excellence, and a caring environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cherry Hill Free Clinic
