Staff RN - Medical Unit 1

Role Overview Provides comprehensive nursing care within a multidisciplinary team for medical-surgical patients, including those requiring longer stays in designated beds. Collaborates with physicians, pharmacists, and support staff to deliver innovative patient care and improve throughput. Key Responsibilities Conducts initial and ongoing health assessments and diagnoses. Develops and documents individualized care plans aimed at achieving patient outcomes. Implements interventions and evaluates patient responses, adjusting care plans accordingly. Participates in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, safety, and patient satisfaction. Focuses on operational efficiency and safety as part of a High Reliability Organization. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the Ohio Board of Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Strong assessment, planning, and collaborative skills.
