Staff RN - Medical Unit 1

Role Overview: Provides comprehensive nursing care within a multidisciplinary team for medical‑surgical patients, including those in long‑stay beds, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency as part of a High Reliability Organization. Key Responsibilities Conducts initial, ongoing, and functional health assessments. Develops and documents care plans based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems. Implements interventions, evaluates patient responses, and revises care plans collaboratively. Participates actively in process improvement to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. Focuses on safety, quality, and operational efficiency in daily duties. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) per Ohio Board of Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and collaborative skills. Commitment to safety, quality care, and continuous learning.
