About the Role
The Company is in search of a President to spearhead its next phase of expansion and organizational development. The successful candidate will be the senior operating leader, with full P&L responsibility and oversight of all major business functions, including manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, and administrative operations. This role demands a proven business leader with a strong background in the food, beverage, or adjacent specialty consumer products sectors, particularly those with a focus on premium, natural, or organic offerings. The President will be tasked with aligning strategy with execution, building the necessary organizational capabilities, and driving growth initiatives. Experience in food manufacturing operations, FDA regulatory requirements, and food safety systems is highly valued, as is a track record of recruiting and managing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate for the President position at the company will have a minimum of 15 years of progressive senior leadership experience, with a clear history of success in brand-driven, consumer-facing businesses. A growth-oriented, energetic executive with a strategic yet hands-on approach, strong emotional intelligence, and sound financial acumen is sought. Responsibilities include owning the North American P&L, managing the retail and foodservice businesses, overseeing private label manufacturing, and supporting the e-commerce and direct-to-consumer operations. The role also involves engaging with the board and institutional investors, requiring a candidate who is comfortable with PE governance and has a long-term business ownership mindset. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA being preferred, and experience in family-owned or private equity environments is a plus.
