About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead the next phase of its evolution. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of a strategic shift, driving the company's new AI-native positioning and go-to-market strategy. This role is pivotal in shaping how the company grows, tells its story, and differentiates in a competitive space. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for full-funnel marketing, from brand building to customer expansion, and will lead teams across brand and content, performance marketing, and product marketing. A hands-on leadership approach is essential, with a focus on high accountability, meaningful autonomy, and a commitment to using data to guide decisions and adjust strategies. Candidates for the VP of Marketing role at the company should have a proven track record as a marketing leader or Head of Growth in a B2B SaaS environment, with experience in driving marketing organizations through narrative or repositioning shifts. The role requires a leader with a genuine understanding of how AI is transforming marketing and a passion for applying this to the business. The ideal candidate will have a history of making data-driven decisions, challenging assumptions, and driving results across the marketing spectrum.
