About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Growth Marketing to lead its consumer growth engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving member acquisition, activation, and lifecycle for the consumer line of business. This role involves setting the vision and roadmap for both paid and organic growth, building and leading a high-performing team, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure growth strategies are aligned with the product and creative aspects. The VP will be expected to own the full-funnel growth vision, foster a culture of testing and optimization, and stay ahead of emerging channels and technologies. Success will be measured by the ability to meet or exceed member acquisition goals, scale growth efficiently, and deliver measurable impact on member activation and lifecycle. Applicants for the Vice President, Growth Marketing role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, with a strong background in SaaS and/or high-growth environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and developing high-performing marketing teams, as well as experience in deploying AI-forward marketing strategies. A data-driven approach, strong MarTech and attribution fluency, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential. The role requires a leader who is comfortable with some ambiguity, particularly around shared infrastructure ownership, and who can operate with a clear focus on the company's mission to eliminate barriers to mental health.
