About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Growth to spearhead the expansion of its direct-to-consumer (DTC) business and drive omnichannel growth across various retail and e-commerce channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the strategy and scaling of the DTC growth engine, with a focus on acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in DTC growth, performance marketing, and e-commerce, particularly in the areas of Meta Ads and Google Ads. The VP of Growth will also be tasked with turning DTC marketing into omnichannel demand, measuring and optimizing its impact on various sales channels, and accelerating growth in partnership with retail teams. Applicants for the VP of Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in DTC growth, performance marketing, e-commerce, or digital commerce for consumer product brands. The role demands deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, as well as a strong background in scaling DTC businesses through various marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, possess strong financial and communication skills, and have a proven ability to connect DTC marketing with broader omnichannel growth. Experience in fast-moving consumer product categories, particularly in the wellness, CPG, beauty, or nutrition sectors, is preferred. The VP of Growth will be expected to lead internal teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced growth environment, and experience in retail and marketplace channel growth is a significant advantage.
