Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (Rbt) to join our team and provide in-home Aba therapy.

What you'll do:

• Provide individualized Aba therapy in a client's home under the supervision of a BCBA.

• Implement treatment plans to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

• Track data and report progress to support continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with families and team members to foster growth and positive outcomes.

What we're looking for:

• Active Rbt certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for working with children.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently in the home setting.
