Dispatch Associate

Dispatcher Hourly rates starting at $18.00 + DOE. Immediate hiring. Full‑time opportunity. We’re hiring Dispatchers to respond to emergency and non‑emergency calls for ambulance and transportation services. This role assigns and routes transportation requests, ensures clear communication in all situations, and provides quality support and care to customers. Responsibilities Monitor and respond to calls and emails using established call handling times and the communication and information management system to deliver excellent customer support to providers, facilities, and member representatives. Schedule, assign, review, and route transportation requests using appropriate methods. Document communications following protocols and processes, properly identify and elevate issues as necessary. Communicate trip data, including confirmations, routing times, issues, and performance. Work collaboratively and professionally with allied health and public safety personnel as well as coworkers. Demonstrate organization, multitasking, and time management skills. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Some work experience, preferably in dispatch or routing calls in customer service.
