Gaming Associate

Knighted Gaming is hiring entry-level Gaming Associates to work at local card rooms. This long-term position offers benefits and opportunities for advancement. Job Details Position: Gaming Associate Location: North Miami, FL Pay Rate: $19‑21 per hour Scheduling: Full time; complete flexibility required. Weekend and late‑night availability is a must. Responsibilities Monitor casino card games – sit at live card table games, verify payouts, calculate bonuses, and regulate the rules of game types such as Ultimate Texas Hold’em™ and Three‑Card Poker. Provide client and customer service, working alongside dealers while maintaining a positive and professional gaming atmosphere for guests and coworkers. Participate in ongoing paid, comprehensive training on gaming, leadership, and customer service (no casino experience required). Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation with a starting rate of $19 per hour and up to $21 per hour for late‑night hours. Medical, dental and vision coverage. Basic math skills – add, subtract, and multiply without a calculator. Dependable and flexible availability – able to work afternoon, evening, late‑night and weekend shifts in a 24/7 operation. Minimum age of 21 years and ability to pass a thorough background and credit check. Team player mentality – work together toward shared goals.
