National Railroad Safety Services, Inc. (NRSS) seeks a Roadway Worker In Charge (RWIC) to support railroad flagging and field safety duties across Class 1 Railroads, regional lines, and transit systems. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Class 1 railroad experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel extensively (50%–85%). This role reports to the District Manager and requires a high school diploma.
