Customer Service Representative – Order Management

Loveland, CO (Onsite)

$22.00/hour

⏳ Contract-to-Hire Opportunity - August 10th Start Date

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and solving problems for customers? We are seeking detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join a growing team supporting order management and customer inquiries. This role offers excellent growth potential with opportunities to advance into other departments based on performance.

• Process customer orders and purchase orders through phone, email, and chat support.
• Assist customers with order status, tracking, pricing, shipping, and product inquiries.
• Manage order accuracy, resolve order holds, and maintain customer records.

• 1–2+ years of customer service, call center, or order management experience.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Positive, coachable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Fully onsite in Loveland, CO, near the I-25 and Highway 34 corridor.
• Monday–Friday schedules between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM MST.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
