JOB SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will work collaboratively as part of the Talent Acquisition Team to execute on sourcing strategies to build pipelines of talent for critical technical hiring needs. This role will be responsible for sourcing passive and active candidates for current and future technical job opportunities. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will use a variety of resources to source candidates and will always be on the lookout for new avenues to effectively identify talent in local hiring markets. This role may at times manage full cycle recruiting to support the team.
