Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Groomer, you will manage your mobile salon and location's daily operations, including:

• Grooming Excellence: Providing top-tier bathing, grooming, and styling services tailored to each pet.

• Client Management: Making/answering client calls and scheduling appointments to keep your route organized and efficient.

• Van Maintenance: Cleaning and sanitizing the mobile grooming van after every service to maintain our high standards of safety and presentation.

• Market Leadership: Leading by example to help build and grow the DapperTails brand.
