What We're Looking For:

• Nursing Know-How: Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current Minnesota LPN license.
• Passion for Seniors: Experience in long-term care? Great! If not, we're ready to train the right candidate who shares our mission.

• Self-Starter: Strong communication skills, minimal supervision needed, and a knack for inspiring others to work toward a common goal.

What You'll Do:

• Resident Champion: Advocate for residents' rights while supporting their personal, medical, and emotional care.
• Team Leader: Assist and collaborate with our amazing HHA staff to ensure top-notch service.
• Community Builder: Plan fun events, give tours, and promote our vibrant community to new families and residents.
• Care Collaborator: Partner with the Clinical Nurse Supervisor to ensure care plans are seamless and updated.
• Problem Solver: Be a key player in everything from compliance to family concerns, ensuring the highest standards of safety, dignity, and privacy.
• Operations Guru: Keep things running smoothly with staffing adjustments, budgets, training, and efficient processes.
