We are partnering with a well-established, privately held Memphis company seeking an experienced Paralegal / Legal Administrator to work directly with the CFO and executive leadership.
This is much more than a traditional paralegal role. You'll be a trusted business partner responsible for:
- Reviewing and redlining commercial contracts
- Managing contract administration and compliance
- Supporting executive-level negotiations and approvals
- Coordinating legal documentation and corporate records
- Helping manage business risk while keeping deals moving
We are looking for someone with corporate contracts experience, strong organizational skills, excellent business judgment, and the ability to handle highly confidential matters in a fast-paced environment.
