What Your Role Entails

* Schedule interviews between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations

* Follow up with leads to sustain their interest and guide their employment journey

* Maintain precise and current records in our applicant tracking system

* Earn commissions based on the meetings you secure, interviews that occur, and hires made through your leads
