Responsibilities

Order Processing & Logistics

• Input customer orders directly into SAP to initiate immediate warehouse pick-and-pack workflows.

• Verify order details, confirm pricing accuracy, track real-time inventory levels, and send proactive delivery updates to clients.

• Collaborate closely with internal logistics and warehouse teams to schedule order deliveries and confirm product availability.

• Oversee the end-to-end Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, validating return requests against company policies.

Customer & Sales Support

• Serve as the primary point of contact to resolve product style and order inquiry questions for both customers and sales representatives.

• Onboard, update, and manage ongoing customer accounts, including standard and consignment account setups.
