Partners & Orka, licencirana agencija za zapošljavanje, za svoje saradnike u Sloveniji, građevinsku firmu koja izvodi radove samo po Sloveniji, potražuje iskusnog građevinskog inženjera ili građevinskog tehničara kalkulanta za rad u stabilnoj i razvijenoj građevinskoj firmi. Razgovori sa poslodavcem se obavljaju online. Potrebno 3 izvršioca posla sa pravom rada u Sloveniji. Planiran početak rada u decembru 2026/januaru 2027. Izrada kalkulacija i predmera/predračuna građevinskih radova na osnovu projektne dokumentacije. Obračun potrebnih količina materijala, radne snage, mehanizacije i drugih resursa. Izrada ponuda za izvođenje građevinskih radova i priprema prateće dokumentacije. Prikupljanje i analiza cena materijala, opreme, radova i usluga od dobavljača i podizvođača. Izrada troškovnika i kontrola kalkulisanih troškova. Provera količina i cena iz projektne i tenderske dokumentacije. Izrada kalkulacija za dodatne, naknadne i nepredviđene radove. Učešće u pripremi tenderske dokumentacije i ponuda za javne i privatne investitore. Komunikacija sa dobavljačima, podizvođačima, projektantima i drugim učesnicima u projektu radi prikupljanja potrebnih podataka. Praćenje promena cena materijala i usluga i ažuriranje kalkulacija. Saradnja sa gradilištem, projekt menadžerima i tehničkom službom radi kontrole troškova i količina izvedenih radova. Vođenje evidencije kalkulacija, ponuda, troškovnika i druge tehničko-finansijske dokumentacije. Obavljanje drugih poslova iz oblasti kalkulacije i pripreme građevinskih radova po nalogu neposrednog rukovodioca. Obrazovanje: najmanje srednje/više/visoko obrazovanje građevinske struke. Radno iskustvo: poželjno najmanje 3 godine iskustva na poslovima građevinske kalkulacije, tehničke pripreme. Poznavanje rada na računaru: MS Office, naročito Excel; poželjno poznavanje AutoCAD-a i programa za građevinske kalkulacije. Poznavanje građevinske dokumentacije: projekti, nacrti, predmeri, predračuni, tehničke specifikacije i troškovnici. Poznavanje materijala i građevinskih radova: potrebno je da može pravilno proceniti količine materijala i radova. Sposobnost izrade kalkulacija: materijal, radna snaga, mehanizacija, podizvođači i drugi troškovi. Jezičke sposobnosti: za rad u Sloveniji poželjno je osnovno poznavanje slovenačkog jezika, odnosno jezika koji zahteva poslodavac. Druge kompetencije: preciznost, analitičnost, odgovornost, organizovanost i sposobnost samostalnog rada. Obezbeđuje se: Ugovor o radu u skladu sa zakonom. 13. plata i 14. plata, i svi benefiti iz radnog odnosa. Obezbeđen smeštaj. Izrada radne i boravišne dozvole.
