Manage and review complex tax engagements, provide tax consulting, and support staff development across a diverse client base. Immediate full-time opening. Hybrid role based in the Atlanta metro area with partial remote flexibility. Position Overview: The Tax Manager (Generalist) will oversee complex tax compliance and consulting engagements, guide staff, deliver exceptional client service, and contribute to the continued growth of the tax practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review complex tax returns and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Delegate and oversee tax preparation and research tasks.
• Prepare complex business income tax returns.
• Provide tax planning, consulting, and financial projections.
• Manage client relationships and service delivery.
• Mentor and develop tax staff members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; Master's in taxation preferred.
• Active CPA license required.
• 47 years of public accounting experience.
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with tax workflow software preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and strong professional ambition.
