NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes.OverviewWe're seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team at the Atlanta Plant. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, make confident decisions, and communicate effectively, this is your opportunity to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automated industrial equipment.Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on machinery and facility infrastructure.Conduct building maintenance and support a robust preventative maintenance program.Complete work orders accurately and efficiently using our maintenance tracking system.Fabricate, modify, or repair equipment parts using industrial maintenance knowledge.Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide repairs and installations.Install and maintain utility lines (steam, water, air, gas, condensate), including soldering, pipe threading, and conduit work.Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Document all work performed, including time sheets, work orders, and request forms.Wear appropriate PPE and complete all required safety training.Support initiatives to reduce utility usage and waste.Perform other duties as assigned to support plant operations.QualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.Minimum of 2 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.Experience with boiler maintenance preferred.Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.Must supply personal tools necessary for job performanceWhat we can offer you as a full-time associate:Competitive payPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off Program (PTO)401(k) w/Employer MatchFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Health Savings Account (HSA)Medical, Dental, and Vision ProgramsBasic Life/AD&D InsuranceLong-Term Disability (LTD)Why work for Novo Health Services?NOVO Health Services strives to be the employer of choice in the hospital sterile and hygienically clean linen industry.
