Job Details Job Title: Loan Processor Reports to: Operation Manager Location: Wayne, PA 19087 Type: Full Time Shift: Day Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour + monthly incentive Effective Date: March 2026 Summary The Loan Processor manages and reviews manufactured housing real estate loan documentation to ensure it is completed and complies with company policies and regulations. The Loan Processor works closely with borrowers, dealers, underwriters, and the internal and external sales teams. Responsibilities Review and enter loan applications into the Loan Origination System Prepare required disclosures Gather and analyze all documentation and information for the loan, including all approval conditions required by the underwriter Accurately calculate income and loan ratios to ensure they are within loan program guidelines Submit and follow up on orders placed with third‑party service providers Maintain and manage loan files Communicate with all parties involved in the transaction, including underwriters, loan officers, sales team, attorneys, title companies, appraisers, and dealer and community partners, to move the loan efficiently and accurately from application to settlement Perform other related duties as assigned Benefits Dental Insurance Health Insurance Life Insurance Paid time off Vision Insurance 401K Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong ability to follow up on assigned loans, maintaining consistent communication and record‑keeping Proficiency in data entry and experience with database management systems to maintain accurate records Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience that meets the required knowledge, skills, and abilities Call center environment preferred Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times #J-18808-Ljbffr
