Community Sales & Senior Care Outreach Manager

Senior Helpers of Northern Utah is looking for a driven peoplefocused Community Sales & Senior Care Outreach Manager to help families find trusted inhome care. If you love building relationships connecting with community partners and guiding seniors and families through important decisions this role is for you.

This position is 70% sales/outreach and 30% marketing admin with strong growth potential and a missiondriven team behind you.

What Youll Do

Build referral partnerships with independent living communities home health & hospice agencies VA groups hospitals and senior organizations.
Visit partners regularly host presentations and represent Senior Helpers at community events.
Respond quickly to new inquiries and meet with families to understand their needs.
Conduct inhome assessments create care plans and sign up new clients.
Track leads and conversions using CRM tools.
Support digital marketing (social posts email campaigns basic website updates).

What You Bring

Live within commuting distance of Smithfield UT .
Experience in sales outreach or relationshipbased roles (healthcare experience is a plus).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable meeting families in their homes and discussing care needs.
Basic digital marketing skills.
Organized selfmotivated and able to work independently.
Bachelors degree preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

$41600 base salary
$4600 annual bonus potential
