Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Leader

GE HealthCare seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Leader to implement EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect employees and the environment at a manufacturing facility in Wisconsin. This role combines site-level EHS management with strategic compliance oversight and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Execute EHS programs and maintain site-specific documentation and compliance plans
- Conduct audits, equipment reviews, and inspections to drive regulatory compliance
- Lead incident investigations and develop corrective and preventive action plans
- Provide EHS regulation guidance and partner with global EHS teams on compliance activities
- Drive site risk elimination and reduction activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
- 5+ years of environmental health and safety experience
- Experience managing VPP-certified manufacturing sites
- Hazardous waste and environmental program management experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated project and program management capabilities
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
