Miro Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on HR Manager (Spanish bilingual) for our Waukesha, WI site. You will partner with ownership, lead all HR functions, and influence culture in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and OSHA compliance, with mentorship from the outgoing leader during the transition.
