Job Summary Environment Control is seeking an experienced Bilingual Janitorial Unit Manager to oversee cleaning operations, support employees, and maintain outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the Waukesha County area. This position combines leadership, supervision, training, quality control, and hands‑on cleaning responsibilities. Schedule & Compensation Part‑time Monday–Friday, working 4–6 hours per night, starting at 5:30 PM or 6:00 PM. Pay $21–$24 per hour based on experience, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Employees receive weekly paychecks.
