Physical Therapist, PT - Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations, developing personalized treatment plans that inspire progress.

• Implement innovative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions that engage patients and promote optimal recovery outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress, adapting treatment plans as needed, and providing ongoing encouragement and support.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and strategies for maintaining long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with facility policies and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the continuous improvement of our rehabilitation programs.
• Stay current with the latest developments in physical therapy practices, integrating new techniques into your treatment approach.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to grow!
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and assist patients as necessary.

• Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to patient care.
